Challenge Yourself To Continually Increase Your Running Speed.
How It Works
Also called the 20 metre beep test; run back and forth between two lines measured 20 metres apart. The catch? You need to do it in time with the schedule of audio beeps. As the beeps increase in frequency, you need to increase your speed to match them (arriving at each line and touching a foot no later than the sound of the beep). Miss two consecutive beeps and you are eliminated from this challenge. The scoring is done in levels. As the beeps speed up, the higher levels are announced.
Expected Performance Range
The average performance is between levels 4.0 and 9.0.
